2. Currency and Pricing Transparency
All prices listed on www.zorai.shop are in USD. The total amount displayed at the final checkout screen is the exact absolute price you will pay. There are no hidden fees, no dynamic surcharges, and no hidden payment processing convenience fees added by Zorai. If you are ordering from an account linked to a non-USD currency, your card issuer may apply a foreign exchange conversion fee; please consult your bank regarding such terms.
3. Sales Tax and Duties
For orders shipped within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the specific state and county shipping address guidelines, in strict accordance with federal and local regulations. Sales tax, if applicable, is displayed explicitly before final authorization.
4. Payment Security and PCI-DSS Compliance
Your financial security is our highest priority. The Zorai website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 256-bit encryption technology to protect your sensitive data during transmission. 5. Payment Authorization and Fraud Prevention
All transactions are subjected to mandatory real-time electronic checks and fraud verification filters. In the event that our security system flags an order as a "High Risk of Fraud" (e.g., mismatch between billing and shipping addresses, inconsistent IP location, or suspicious payment patterns), we reserve the right to temporarily hold the order. Under such circumstances, our customer care team will contact you at care@zorai.shop to verify your identity. If verification fails or is not completed within 48 hours, the transaction will be cancelled, and a full refund will be automatically returned to the original payment tool within 2-3 business days.
