1. Free Shipping Across the USA
We believe high shipping fees shouldn't get in the way of your purchase. Zorai offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered to the United States. There is absolutely no minimum purchase threshold, no membership required, and no unexpected handling surcharges at checkout.

- Handling Time (1-3 Business Days): This covers order validation, quality control checks, secure packaging, and transferring the package to our primary logistics carrier partner. Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or during major national public holidays will begin processing on the immediate following business day.
- Transit Time (7-13 Business Days): This is the duration from the moment the package leaves our facility to the moment it arrives at your doorstep. We utilize reliable shipping providers including USPS, DHL, and FedEx SmartPost to ensure safe final delivery.
3. Real-Time Order Tracking Ecosystem
Within 24 hours of your package being handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated confirmation email will be sent to you containing your official tracking number and a direct web link to trace its journey. You can monitor the real-time status of your parcel 24/7. Please allow up to 48 hours from receiving the tracking link for the carrier network to update initial scanning nodes.
4. Address Modifications and Redirection Limitations
It is the customer's responsibility to guarantee that the full shipping address entered during checkout is complete, accurate, and includes any mandatory apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
Changes Before Shipment: You may request an address modification within 4 hours of placing your order by contacting care@zorai.shop.
Changes After Shipment: Once a package has left our fulfillment facility and is in transit with the shipping carrier, we are operationally unable to alter the destination address, stop the shipment, or redirect the route. Zorai is not legally liable for packages misdelivered or lost due to incorrect details provided by the purchaser.
5. Handling Missing, Lost, or Delayed Deliveries
While we work hard to meet all timelines, external logistics variables (such as severe extreme weather events, carrier sorting errors, or national holidays) can occasionally cause delays.
If your package does not arrive within 20 business days of the initial purchase date, please reach out to us at care@zorai.shop without hesitation. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier service. If a package is officially confirmed by the carrier as "Lost in Transit", Zorai will either ship a full replacement completely free of charge or issue a 100% full refund immediately.
6. P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO Addresses
We support standard deliveries to United States P.O. Boxes. However, please be aware that shipping to remote Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam), or Military APO/FPO locations may require an extended transit time of an extra 5-10 business days beyond our standard window.
